In this episode of Chola Circuit, Kalapathar & Everest Base Camp are our ultimate destinations. The trail after Hotel Everest View is fascinating, we sight even more wildlife on the way, meet some amazing people and have wonderful memories as we reach Gorakshep. Because its December and there are no expeditions/tourists because of Covid, Everest Base Camp is empty. So we hike up to Kalapathar in the evening after reaching Gorakshep. The next day, we hike back but only upto the point where the World Record Cabinet Meeting on Climate change was held a few years back.
