Описание: In this project, recorded during commissioning tests at our headquarters, you can see several processes for the manufacture of beams for industrial warehouse racks.

The system is able to adjust fully automatically with 2D files of the beams and 3D files of the connectors.
First, we unload the beams that are stacked. For this we use a robot equipped with a magnetic gripper.
Then the beams are introduced into the welding area where another robot places them on the two welding tables.
In this welding cell, the connectors are placed and welded according to the highest quality standards.
Once the process is completed, the complete rack goes out to the stacking cell.

The reliability of the process is guaranteed by the automatic adjustment of the welding torch dimensions, as well as the exact beam position search process that is performed with each new reference load.
