But the strongest people I know?
𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 — 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲.
Because here’s the uncomfortable truth:
When you never pause, you don’t move faster…
You just repeat the same broken patterns with more intensity.
More motion. Same direction. Worse outcomes.
In RFA, we teach this sequence: 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 → 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 → 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲.
