• Ezkurra — ensaladilla y callos con morro
• La Consentida — tarta de queso
• Bar Nestor — tortilla + ensalada de tomate
• Casa Urola — karmelita, vieira, alcachofa
• Narru — ravioli de rabo
• Paco el Bueno — gamba gabardina
• Ganbara — todo… tartaleta de txangurro, hongos con yema y guindillas
• Bergara — erizo
• Bar Sport — foie, medallón de manitas, crema de erizo
• Bar Txepetxa — anchoas
• Borda Berri — falso risotto de Idiazabal, carrilleras, oreja, pintxo de kebab
• La Espiga — pintxo de pimiento
• Monpas — patatas bravas
