This is how I very quickly fixed the Premiere Pro error: insufficient media This transition will contain repeated frames. I think this tends to happen when the transition doesn’t get a handle on the footage and the nesting doesn’t help. I know this also happens with footage that isn’t nested. To fix individual clips, I extend the footage out a little to make it longer so the transition has footage to handle. I hope you find this quick fix helpful xx
