Hello Friends Welcome To Dickeydol recipe
Today I am going to show you how to make Half Boiled Anda curry recipe ( Egg curry recipe). It is very delicious and easy to prepare with some half boiled eggs. This healthy egg curry is suitable with rice. Here we will be using half boiled egg for making egg gravy.
Ingredients for the Anda curry.
1: 4 raw hard egg ( Anda)
2: 3 pcs of Tomato
3: 1 Big Onion
4: 4-5 pcs of Garlic
Methods for cooking Egg Curry
1: Wash the tomato well and clean the Egg
2: Make few slice cut on tomato as shown in video so it will help on cook faster
3: Add the egg and tomato together in the boiling water and cook for five mins
4: Prepare a cold or chilled water
5: After cooking Tomato and Egg for five mins then remove them and put in cold water to stop further cooking process.
6: Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces as well as the boiled tomato
7: In a bowl add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1-3 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of salt and finally 1 chilli sauce(optional)
8. Add 2 tbsp of oil in fry pan and fry the egg till it turns its color into a brownish color. Once done remove it to a side
9: Now add 2tbsp of oil in fry pan add garlic , onion and then finally tomato and mixed egg masala items. ( Flame should me medium )
10. Once done making egg curry then serve hot with a rice.
