Welcome to Rights and Recourse, this is where we tackle legal issues - bringing you information and analysis. We look at substantial number of fraudulent claims submitted to the Road Accident Fund, leading to time and money spent on undeserving claims. My name is Siphiwo Nzawumbi . To discuss today's topic we are joined in the studio by Mr Busani Mabunda, Co-Chairperson of Law Society South Africa ,we would also like to welcome Mr Chris Willemse a Senior Manager in the Regulation Department from Road Accident Fund. And later on we will also be talking a victim's mother Ms Aaminah Motara from Johannesburg .
