Late morning on the Miami River by Brickell Bridge was bright and breezy, with choppy, sun-sparkled water and a noticeable green/blue current seam sliding along the bend. River traffic was light but varied: a small motorboat and a white runabout with a blue bimini cruised through leaving long wakes, and a barge-like ad/display platform moved upriver near the waterfront condos.
