A man who manufactured illegal vapes containing etomidate, or Kpods, with the intent to sell them was sentenced to 16 months' jail on Tuesday (Aug 26) in the first case of its kind. He was busted when a deliveryman who came to collect the parcel saw the vape devices and reported it to the police. #singapore #sgnews #kpod
