This is the portrait of two local surfers from Lakey Peak: Joey Barrel and his son Rajo Barrel.
A story about how visiting surfers inspired Joey to start surfing and eventually become a professional surfer, as well as the owner of the legendary Circle J mini mart. And about how Rajo probably surfed some of the best barrels before he even knew how to spell the word. About life in Lakey, in the water and Rajo’s big plans for the future.
