CHOCOLATE BANANA BISCOFF BREAD

Описание: This is truly the BEST way to use your discard bananas. No one in this household eats bananas but I'll admit, I purposely buy bananas just so I can make banana bread for the fam. You'll never catch me banana-less.

CHOCOLATE BANANA BISCOFF BREAD

YIELDS 15 FILLED MUFFINS OR ONE 9” LOAF PAN

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
1/2 cup (113g) Unsalted butter melted
1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
3 large ripe bananas mashed
2 large eggs (100g without shells) at room temperature
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream, at room temperature
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup (120g) All-purpose flour
1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
15 heaping tsp of chilled Biscoff cookie spread
Biscoff biscuits for topping (optional)

Preheat oven to 350F or 176 C.
Muffins bake for 16-18 minutes.
Bread loaf pan bakes for 50 min.
Cool for 30 minutes and enjoy!
