আন্তর্জাতিক মুদ্রা তহবিল-আইএমএফ থেকে ঋণ কর্মসূচির চতুর্থ ও পঞ্চম কিস্তির ১৩০ কোটি মার্কিন ডলার একসঙ্গে পাচ্ছে বাংলাদেশ। ২৬ জুন কেন্দ্রীয় ব্যাংকের হিসেবে এই অর্থ জমা হবে। অর্থ মন্ত্রণালয় ও বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক সূত্রে জানা গেছে, আইএমএফের পর্ষদে সোমবার এই ঋণ অনুমোদন দেয়া হয়। ২০২৩ সালের ৩১ জানুয়ারি আইএমএফ বাংলাদেশের জন্য সাড়ে তিন বছর মেয়াদি ৪৭০ কোটি ডলারের ঋণ কর্মসূচি অনুমোদন করে। এর আওতায় আগের ৩ কিস্তি মিলিয়ে ২৩১ কোটি ডলার পেয়েছিল বাংলাদেশ। বাকি ছিল ২৩৯ কোটি ডলার।
