Abe Lyman and His California Orchestra perform "Charmaine" the
Theme Song to the film, WHAT PRICE GLORY? (1926). Recorded on September 5, 1927. Two Takes of the Record have been synchronized to produce more robust and vivid sound quality.
Digitally transferred directly from original 78 rpm discs with applied Magix audio software to reduce noise and to synchronize the two
takes. The sonic data was divided into two files for cleaning and enhancing the mid-tones and bass. No added reverb or artificial
ambiance was used.
