That's exactly what one Joburg councillor has done. Turning a battered white van into a moving billboard of accountability.
Yesterday, our producer Sandile Hlangani spent the day with Bez Valley councillor Carlos Da Rocha following him through the city.
From the Constitutional Court to the City of Johannesburg offices and all the way to the Gauteng Legislature.
No press conference, no convoy, just a car, a message, and a city forced to look.
