In this episode of “Sailing Soraya”, we take you on a full tour of our 30 foot sailboat… the little boat our family has called home for the past 6 months.
This year our family packed up the family house and moved onto a small yacht (“Soraya”), to travel north along the Australian Queensland Coast, and along the Great Barrier Reef.
Soraya is a Sparkman and Stephens 30 design monohull. The episode starts on the topsides of the boat, and then moves downstairs into the cabin. We show the additions we made to turn her from a “weekender”, to a comfortable place to live off the grid.
This video was made while anchored at the beautiful Queensland Double Island Point.
