✨ Instructions:
1)Lie on your back with knees bent, feet hip-width apart, heels close to buttocks.
2)Place arms by your sides, palms pressing into the ground.
3)Inhale, lift hips upward, keeping thighs parallel and chest expanding.
4)Hold for 30 count, release gently; repeat 3 rounds.
