予讃線の双岩駅～伊予石城駅間の、笠置峠の33.3‰勾配を登る、JR四国 N2000系特急形気動車（2460号）。
折からの雨で空転しながら登っており、エンジン音が連続的に変化しています。また空転がひどくなると、自動的にエンジンの回転が落とされ、再粘着している事が分かります。
2019年12月22日、特急『宇和海13号』車内にて撮影。
JR Shikoku N2000 limited express train (No. 2460), climbing the 33.3 per mille slope of Kasagi Pass between Futaiwa Station and Iyo-Iwaki Station on the Yosan Line.
It is climbing while spinning in the rain from the moment, and the engine sound is continuously changing. In addition, when the idling becomes severe, the engine speed is automatically reduced and you can see that it is sticking again.
