The price was just 50€ (~57 USD, 1870 Baht) per night (October 2025). Which was quite cheap for this hotel, as prices are generally at least 55-60€ per night. Please note that this hotel is extremely popular and the cheapest rooms are always sold out during the high season and popular festivals.

Siam at Siam location
The hotel is located on Second Road in the corner of Soi 2, opposite the Central Marina shopping mall. The location is especially good if you like the North Pattaya area near Terminal 21 Pattaya. Basically, everything here is walkable from the hotel. Terminal 21, Runway night market, Soi 6, and Pattaya Beach are all within 500 meters of the hotel.

Siam at Siam Guest Friendly?
Yes, the hotel is fully guest-friendly, and there are no extra charges if you bring short-term guests to the room. Maximum of 2 people per room is allowed for free.

Swimming pools, fitness center
There are 2 swimming pool areas, both located on the top of the hotel (24-25 floors). Barbu is more focused on eating and drinking. The top floor has a better swimming pool and more sunbeds.

The fitness center is located on the 23rd floor. The gym is well-equipped and suitable even for advanced training. In my opinion, one of the best hotel gyms in this area.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served on the 6th floor from 6 AM to 1 PM. The walk-in price is 800 baht, but the check-in desk offered it for 400 baht during check-in.

I think this breakfast was good value for its price, and I would consider paying up to 500 baht for it. Especially since it is available until 1 PM, which allows guests to enjoy it even if they wake up late. It is one of the few breakfast I would recommend booking with a room rate.

Siam at Siam good value for money?
If the price is around $65 per night or lower, this hotel offers exceptional value for money. The quality of the rooms, bathrooms, cleaning and service, swimming pool, fitness center, and breakfast is well above what you would expect in this price range.

I will definitely stay here again if I see the price even near 60 USD per night.
