Описание: Basically dental examination by itself is a preventive care. when a patient walks inside a clinic, general oral examination is done with investigative x ray or caries detecting agents or understanding the gum issues using certain technology. A dentist can explain to the patient what can be done to prevent any further deterioration or not to have any kind of dental diseases. Doctor may recommend to get a cleaning done or if it is a child , doctor may recommend a pit and fissure sealant to be done. Or as simple as how to brush properly or how to floss properly. These are the primary preventive methods involved in dentistry. So kind of bringing in a sense of responsibility on the patients is one of the primary requisites of preventive dental care.
