The Letter of Offer of Employment outlines the basic details of the job, such as the position, pay rate, employment type, and start date. This allows the employee to clearly understand the offer before accepting the role.
The Employment Contract then sets out the full terms and conditions of the employment. It usually includes the duties of the role, pay structure, and other workplace terms. Having these documents prepared helps create clarity for both the employer and the employee.
