Crispy Airfryer Rice Paper Pockets – So Good, So Easy!

Ingredients for 4 rice paper pockets:
8 rice paper wrappers
1 can of tuna
2 eggs for soaking
½ bell pepper
approx. 50g feta cheese
1 red onion
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp Skyr (Icelandic yogurt)
Pepper
Sesame seeds
