Xcom 2 WotC - Bug with Interrupt/Battlelord ability

Video demonstrating a bug with the Skirmisher's Interrupt/Battlelord abilities that gives enemy reinforcements a full turn on arrival, rather than just the usual scatter action. Explanation of what happens (with timestamps) below:
0:00 - Scenario 1 begins: Normal enemy turn with reinforcements (not bugged)
0:06 - Showing the enemies already present (Trooper1, Trooper2, Commander)
0:16 - Showing the location where reinforcements will arrive
0:22 - 'End turn' button pressed to end player turn
0:42 - 3 Reinforcements arrive (RTrooper, RCommander, RLancer)
0:48 - RTrooper, RCommander, RLancer perfom their 'scatter' action. Note: They perform no other actions this turn.
0:55 - Commander, Trooper1 and Trooper2 each perform their 2 combat actions
1:36 - Enemy turn ends
1:41 - Scenario 2 begins: Enemy turn with reinforcements when Skirmisher uses Battlord (bugged)
1:46 - Showing the enemies already present (Trooper1, Trooper2, Commander)
2:00 - Showing the location where reinforcements will arrive
2:10 - Activating Battlelord (as this is my last allowed action for the turn, it also ends the player turn)
2:29 - 3 Reinforcements arrive (RTrooper, RCommander, RLancer)
2:35 - RTrooper, RCommander, RLancer perfom their 'scatter' action.
2:42 - The scatter action triggers Battlelord, allowing the Skirmisher to perform an action (I use this action to target and kill Trooper1, but what action I decide to take has no bearing on how the rest of this will play out)
3:02 - The action granted by Battlelord has concluded. Commander and surviving Trooper 2 each perform their 2 combat actions.
3:37 - RCommander, RTrooper and RLancer each perform 2 combat actions (including moving, entering Overwatch, attempting melee attacks and firing). THIS IS THE BUG AND SHOULD NOT HAPPEN THE SAME TURN THEY ARRIVED.
4:29 - Enemy turn ends
4:33 - Scenario 3 begins: Enemy turn with reinforcements when Skirmisher uses Interrupt (bugged)
4:39 - Showing the enemies already present (Trooper1, Trooper2, Commander)
4:57 - Showing the location where reinforcements will arrive
5:07 - Activating Interrupt (as this is my last allowed action for the turn, it also ends the player turn)
5:27 - 3 Reinforcements arrive (RTrooper, RCommander, RLancer)
5:33 - RTrooper, RCommander, RLancer perfom their 'scatter' action.
5:40 - The scatter action triggers Interrupt, allowing the Skirmisher to perform an action (I use this action to target and kill Trooper1, but what action I decide to take has no bearing on how the rest of this will play out)
5:59 - The action granted by Interrupt has concluded. Commander and surviving Trooper 2 each perform their 2 combat actions.
6:35 - RCommander, RTrooper and RLancer each perform 2 combat actions (including moving, entering Overwatch, and making melee attacks). THIS IS THE BUG AND SHOULD NOT HAPPEN THE SAME TURN THEY ARRIVED.
7:01 - Enemy turn ends
