While we only had this for a few of months, we have managed to use it for prototyping and developing several new complex lighting systems within the first couple of weeks, and also successfully brought these product to the market. With our previous tooling this would not have been possible.

Material for the custom lighting is black POM-C plastic and extruded aluminium, which is also processed in the CNC,and afterwards eloxated. The custom tool was created to place the high-power LEDs on the aluminium, so that they connect to the lenses when mounted the plastic housing.

The LED License plates are made from acrylic covered in plastic-tape, with an LED strip mounted in a milled groove.
