We begin with the Sign of the Cross, the Creed, and prayers for Faith, Hope, and Charity—especially for the faith that feels fragile, the hope drained by stress, and the patience that ran out before noon. ✨

As we meditate, we bring our burdens into each mystery:

Agony in the Garden — for loneliness, midnight anxiety, and the cup we wish would pass. 🌿

Scourging at the Pillar — for the relentless “hits” of illness, finances, pressure, and feeling trapped. 🕯️

Crowning with Thorns — for overthinking, intrusive thoughts, shame, and mental exhaustion. 👑

Carrying of the Cross — for burnout, heavy responsibilities, and the grace to accept help like Simon of Cyrene. ✝️

Crucifixion & Death — for grief, endings we didn’t choose, spiritual dryness, and surrendering what we cannot fix. 🖤

We pray the Salve Regina and rest in Mary’s mercy—no grading, no condemnation—only a gentle invitation to return to Jesus. Lent is not a season of perfection; it is a season of coming back. 🤍
