Delicious spicy turkey chili made with real chili's. This recipe is great on its own, but to take it to the next level serve with chips (Fritos are my favorite).
ALL RECIPES BELOW
CHILI SEASONING
1/3 c chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ancho chili powder
1 tbsp chipotle chili powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 tbsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tbsp celery seed
1/2 mustard powder
TURKEY CHILI
2 Lbs ground turkey
6 OZ can tomato paste
28 OZ can crushed tomato
15 OZ can fire roasted tomato
2- 15 OZ cans tomato sauce
2- 15 0Z cans red kidney beans
1 carton veggie stock
1/2 carton chicken stock
2 anaheim chili's
4 jalapeno's
4 Habaneros
3/4 to 1 cup of chili seasoning (personal preference)
TOPPINGS
Colby jack cheese fresh shredded
Sour cream
Fresh chives
Whatever your heart desires
