I try to make it really easy to follow along and created this to help you study for the real estate exam for NC. This specifically follows along with the Superior School of Real Estate structure so if you have the book or packet, come follow along!

Lastly, this is NOT meant to replace reading the book or going to class. This is meant to be supplemental and to help assist with your studies. Ideally this would be good to watch before reading or going to class, and then again before the test comes up as a quick refresher.
