Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Heeng: a pinch
Salt
Besan & water: 1 tbsp
Tadka….
Oil
Jeera: 1 tsp
Garlic: 5-6
Red chillies: 2
