What’s the deal with #zinc and #acne?
A 2020 review indicated that people with acne have are more likely to have lower levels of zinc, and that zinc may reduce the number of inflamed #pimples when used alone or in combination with other things.

And, a 2021 study comparing zinc sulfate and an oral tetracycline antibiotic in 100 subjects with mild-to-moderate acne showed that both zinc sulfate and the antibiotic reduced severity of acne!

And researchers concluded that zinc sulfate could be an alternative to the tetracycline antibiotic!
