I am soothed, restored and regenerated, inspired and guided by mysterious Creative Spirit, gently oozing through my pores, nourishing me with self-healing.
I am revitalised… at home in my true nature, glowing with radiance*. Surrendering to spontaneous flow, expressing Essence, I feel deeply held in the arms of the Beloved.
