I'm converting my Trek X Caliber 8 mountain bike into a hard-miles all out touring machine. As my fitness improves, so will my bike. Actually, my bike will probably improve a lot faster, haha. I'll discuss tires & tubes, luggage, comfort, and all the major tweaks I'm making for the ultimate touring bike.
