Everyone loves a bit of naughty fast food after a night out, but can you trust your late night kebab merchant? Johnny and Faye are restaurant inspectors that make sure when you go out for a takeaway, you don’t get stuck with a dodgy stomach to go with that killer hangover. Bad bacteria run wild in kitchens if they’re not kept in proper check and there are strict guidelines regarding hygiene, waste disposal and proper food storage that restaurants need to adhere to avoid falling foul of the law. Ramsay wouldn't stand for this, so why should you?
Whether it be dirty fridges, cross contamination or unclean equipment, there are many ways to cause customers food poisoning. So for these Grime experts no stone goes unturned and, when your health is in their hands, they make sure no filth goes into your food… well only the stuff you expect anyways.
