Marathon drops players into hostile zones where every run is a balance between greed and survival.
As a Runner, the objective is simple — Run In, Grab Loot, and Exfil.
In practice, the maps are familiar, but the runs are unpredictable and other squads can appear at any moment, turning quiet scouting into sudden firefights. The gunplay is pure Bungie calibre, while the extraction loop constantly pushes you to decide whether to leave safely or risk one more objective.
