It's not a level playing field in real estate. When we buy a house, we make money. Expanding our network as much as feasible should be at the top of our priority list if we take these two points seriously.

We have a better chance of getting deals if we know more people. Because the single family home market is so transparent online, the better possibilities tend to come along more in the commercial real estate world, but not always... and hey, maybe if you’re in the SFR space right now and you want to branch out into bigger deals.

It's now or never! We must become someone we have never been before in order to do something we have never done before, which is much more difficult if we are unable to grow our network.
