In this video, I share with you how I make a delicious vegan Jackfruit curry.
Ingredients:
300g (10 oz.) Young Jackfruit
250ml (8 oz) Coconut milk
1 Can (400g/14 oz.) Plum tomatoes
2 Tablespoons Coconut oil
1 Large Onion
2 Teaspoons Salt
3 Garlic cloves
Thumb size Ginger
½ Teaspoon Anise seeds
1 Teaspoon Chili flakes
1 Sweet pepper
1 ½ Tablespoon Curry powder
1 Teaspoon Lemongrass powder
