Back at it again with the roadtrips!! This time we drove down to Rotorua from Auckland, enroute we passed through Blue Springs and Otumuheke and lastly on to Lake Okaru were we camped up over night, in the car, with a blow up bed...worse idea.
Sunday morning we drove do to Keroscene Creek for a quick dip then on to Wai-O-Tapu to watch the Lady Knoxx Geyser and then finally onto Rotorua before heading back home. Tip 101- Prepare your nostrils!! (High sulphur levels in the geothermals produce a very potent smell, basically like rotten egg)
