This is week 4 back in my 120 day program. Strength has increased on seal rows and using a consistent weight of 80 lbs for DB rows. I added some John Meadows Row to the workout. Lat Pull downs with 120. I will Keep core lifts but add and take as I go with a few new ones.
Seal Rows did 3 sets with 45 plates before adding a couple more 10s.
John Meadows Row- I'm new to this one so will add as my ability increases. I used a bar on a landmine with 10,20,30. I will increase next time.
DB Bent Rows- I used an 80 lb Dumbbell and I wore the wrist band hooks for better grip. 80 lbs felt pretty good but its a strain on the last set.
Lat Pull Downs- I used a 120 lbs here. I will stick to this weight one more workout before going to 140. I have an ab muscle that wants to cramp when I am pulling. I used the rack as I showed on another video to stretch a heavy band over the safety pins put the band over my lap to lock in position at the end of sets.Works pretty good although when I move to 140 I may have to pin it down lower to add more tension. Oh and the Bueller advice is life goes by pretty quick so stop to enjoy the good stuff....
