1.Quality Management
Top Management Must be Honest, Ambitious and Reputed.

2. Government supporting Sectors
Company should be from sectors on which government is more supportive like Renewable Energy /Infrastructure/ Artificial Intelligence etc.

3. Equity Stake
Promoters Must have high Equity Stake in the Company and Public Holding( Free Float ) should be lesser.

4. Cash Flow
Company should be able to generate Free Cash Flow consistently.

5. Market Capitalisation
Market Cap of the Company should be around 100 crores.

6. Price to Book Value Ratio
Should be below 1 which indicates the current price of the stock is less than its intrinsic value.

7. Price to Earning Ratio
Should be below 20 , The more the price to earning Ratio Less than 20 the more the better is the stock.

8. Monopoly Business
If the Company is in monopoly Business than it giving multibagger returns is high.

9. Debt
Ideally Company Should be Debt Free or with Low Debt this will decrease interest burden.

10. Return on Equity
Return on Equity(ROE) should be atleast 15 to 18 % initially and must increase every year.

11. Return on Capital Employed
Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) should be 15-18 % initially and must increase every year.

12. Sales & Profits
Sales and Profits should consistently increase every year.

13.Promoters Shares Pledging
Promoters should not have pledged their shares.

14. Equity
Total Number of Equity Shares of the company should be lesser and not huge numbers like in thousands of crores This will decrease free float and help in share price rise.

15. EPS Growth
Company Must be showing consistent Earning per share growth.

16. High Profit Margin
Company Commands High Profit Margin on its products.

17. FIIs and Mutual Fund Interest
Foreign Institutional Investors and Mutual Funds really do research before buying any stock.

18. Delivery Percentage of shares traded
If the Delivery percentage of the total shares traded is consistently high then is is fantastic multibagger signal.

19. Dividend Paying Record
Company should be paying dividend to its shareholders consistenly and regularily.

20. If Group Company is already a MultiBagger
