Modern survival horror has been reimagined for 2023.
Resident Evil 4 is the newest survival horror game where life and death, terror and catharsis collide, while maintaining the spirit of the original game with updated gameplay, a rewritten plot, and incredibly detailed graphics.
After becoming an agent for the US government, Leon S. Kennedy takes part in a unique program and receives training from Major Jack Krauser after Raccoon City was destroyed in 1998. Six years later, in 2004, Leon is dispatched by the president to save Ashley Graham, his abducted daughter, from a rural Spanish village with Ingrid Hunnigan's remote help. Leon discovers his escorts brutally slain shortly after arrival by the villagers, who have committed themselves to the Los Illuminados cult and are under the thrall of the parasite Las Plagas.
Leon meets Luis Serra , a fugitive scientist from the cult whose past employment with the Umbrella Corporation is confirmed by Ingrid, while looking for Ashley. Chief Bitores Méndez , the village leader, seizes Leon and Luis and injects him with a Plaga parasite. The couple splits up after escaping captivity.........
