Detailed directions on how to record an employee advance. Two examples are shown. 1.) The Company purchases something for the employee and the employee agrees to pay the company back. 2.) The Company gives the employee an advance against an upcoming paycheck. Directions include how to initially record the transaction and the subsequent payment(s) back from the employee. This demo is shown in QBO but the same concept applies for QB Desktop.
