During A Colorado Christmas with the Colorado Symphony, Ms. Bailey taught Concert Choir "Auld Lang Syne" backstage at Boettcher Concert Hall.
Based on an old Scottish tune, the lyrics of "Auld Lang Syne" come from a Scots-language poem written by Robert Burns in 1788. The song is traditionally sung in the English-speaking world at the stroke of midnight on New Year's Eve, as a farewell to the previous year and an invitation to remember the good times.
