✅ CONCERN 1 CLOSED — "You can't prepare a BOQ purely from BIM"
The demo now shows concept-stage extraction as a starting point. The AI flags what's missing. The QS completes it. That's the workflow.
✅ CONCERN 2 CLOSED — "BIM models are never 100% updated"
Stage 0 (Model Currency Check) now runs before every extraction — model date, LOD level, MEP status, design freeze confirmation. If the model isn't current, extraction stops.
✅ CONCERN 3 ADDRESSED — "How do you do risk analysis from just a BOQ?"
Standard QS methodology. The demo extends to Stage 6 — a QRA-ready Risk Register with Min / Most Likely / Max cost columns. These are the P3 triangular distribution inputs for Monte Carlo simulation in @RISK or Primavera Risk Analysis.
