সুরা কাহাফের নামের অর্থ গুহা। কোরআনের ১৮ তম সূরার আয়াত সংখ্যা ১১০ টি এবং এর রূকুর সংখ্যা ১১টি। কাহাফ সুরাটি মক্কায় অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে। এই সূরায় কোরাইশদের তিনটি প্রশ্নের কথা এবং প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া হয়েছে।

রাসূল (সা.) বলেছেন, “যে সূরা কাহাফের প্রথম দশ আয়াত মুখস্ত করবে, সে দাজ্জালের ফেতনা থেকে রক্ষা পাবে।” (মুসলিম)
রাসূল (সা.) সূরা কাহাফ পাঠ করার জন্য অধিক গুরুত্ব প্রদান করেছেন। বায়হাকীতে বর্ণিত হয়েছে,
যে ব্যক্তি প্রতি শুক্রবার সূরা কাহাফ পাঠ করবে, তবে পরবর্তী শুক্রবার পর্যন্ত আল্লাহ তাকে নূর প্রদান করবেন।

কেয়ামতের একটি আলামত হলো দাজ্জালের আবির্ভাব। নবিজির (সা.) ভবিষ্যদ্বাণী অনুযায়ী কেয়ামতের আগে দাজ্জাল নামের এক অশুভ চরিত্রের আগমন ঘটবে। সে মানুষকে বিভ্রান্ত ও পথভ্রষ্ট করার চেষ্টা করবে। তার ফেতনা ছড়িয়ে পড়বে মক্কা ও মদিনা ছাড়া সারা দুনিয়ায়। নবিজি (সা.) বলেন,
দাজ্জালের ফিতনার চেয়ে বড় ফিতনা পৃথিবীতে কখনও আসেনি, কেয়ামত পর্যন্ত আসবেও না। প্রত্যেক নবিই তার জাতিকে দাজ্জাল থেকে সতর্ক করেছেন। (মুসতাদরাকে হাকেম)

দাজ্জাল দেখতে কেমন হবে এবং তাকে কীভাবে চেনা যাবে এ ব্যাপারেও বেশ কিছু হাদিস বর্ণিত হয়েছে। সহিহ বুখারিতে সংকলিত একটি বর্ণনায় আবদুল্লাহ ইবনে ওমর (রা.) বলেন, একদিন নবিজি (সা.) মাসিহ দাজ্জাল সম্পর্কে আলোচনা করতে গিয়ে বললেন, আল্লাহ কানা বা এক চোখ বিশিষ্ট নন। মাসিহ দাজ্জালের ডান চোখ হবে অন্ধ। তার চোখ দেখতে হবে ফুলে যাওয়া আঙুরের মতো। (সহিহ বুখারি: ৩৪৩৯)

The name Surah Kahf means cave. The 18th Surah of the Quran has 110 verses and 11 rukus. Surah Kahf was revealed in Mecca. In this Surah, three questions of the Quraysh are answered and answered.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “Whoever memorizes the first ten verses of Surah Kahf will be protected from the trials of Dajjal.” (Muslim)

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) gave great importance to reciting Surah Kahf. It is narrated in Bayhaqi,

Whoever recites Surah Kahf every Friday, Allah will give him light until the next Friday.

One of the signs of the Hour is the appearance of Dajjal. According to the prophecy of the Prophet (peace be upon him), an evil character named Dajjal will appear before the Day of Judgment. He will try to mislead and mislead people. His sedition will spread throughout the world except Mecca and Medina. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said,
A greater sedition than the sedition of Dajjal has never come to the world, nor will it come until the Day of Judgment. Every prophet has warned his people about Dajjal. (Mustadrak Hakim)

Several hadiths have been narrated about what Dajjal will look like and how he will be recognized. In a narration compiled in Sahih Bukhari, Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, one day the Prophet (peace be upon him) was discussing the Messiah Dajjal and said, "Allah is not one-eyed or one-eyed. The right eye of Messiah Dajjal will be blind. His eye will look like a swollen grape." (Sahih Bukhari: 3439)
