From a terrible old game you've probably never heard of.
The tempo is sped up because the emulator I used to run the game ran at a higher speed, and I didn't notice until I went back and checked Ashens' video halfway through uploading this. Oh well, it sounds better sped up in my opinion. I'm also garbage and lazy and I don't feel like reuploading.
