HOW GOOD IS ORACLE ???
It's BROKEN GOOD
Forced outcome = free crit cap
Also Entwined Realities which is free from nothing on oracle

AoE radius cap on Elemental weakness is super easy to get to 4.7 on ORACLE and with Time-Lost sapphire this build goes CRAZY

Decided to use Time-lost sapphire with 4% energy gain + 10% CRIT MULTI since we don't need any crit chance and 3% AOE + Large radius to cap our Ele weakness to 4.7

ONLY FROM this jewel i am getting 40% ENERGY GAIN 100% CRIT MULTI AND 30% AoE which is INSANE
If you are RICH YOU CAN GET 6% curse mod instead of the 3% AoE and drop x4 nodes on your tree for more damage
GIGA STACKED Time-lost for oracle = 10% Multi + 4% meta gain + 1% MAX mana + Large ring ( AOE IS EASY to get getting another 10% max mana IS HUGE ) Can also go for rare adorned which is multi mirrors

The covenant chest IS MANDATORY AND INSANE for this build since you can get it with % LIFE COST EFFICIENCY and it can go up to 50% WHICH MEANS 50% + 40% from tecrod = 90% LESS COST OF SKILLS

My elemental weakness was only costing 186 life and my COMET was costing only 305 life AND YOU CAN JUST RIGHT CLICK SPARK and START THE LOOP

Also we don't need atziri gloves on this since we have crit cap and you are getting % of leech as instant from the Heart of the Well diamond which i must say YOU WILL WANT TO GET with % GAINED AS EXTRA FIRE and % Life regeneration rate for smooth LOOP

HOW DO WE GET SPIRIT HERE ???
EZ fix you get it from 200+ SPIRIT SCEPTRE since we don't need crit from rathpith
For spirit gems i went for
Time of Need which is pretty good for Life sustain and curse removal

Overwhelming Presence WHICH is INSANE for this build since AILMENTHRESHOLD map mods BRICKS THIS BUILD with this gem you are good in those maps and you are getting more COMET/Curse procs

Arctic armour for some defense

YOU CAN drop Arctic armounr + Time in need for BLINK IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE SLOWER

HOW DO YOU CRAFT SCEPTRE??
Buy 2 sceptre with T1 Spirit and T1 hybrid mana/sprit
Then recombine them with Omen of Recombination and then slam PREFIX for good mana ROLL if you don't get repeat
Suffixes are a bonus but if you hit INT OR STR your sceptre will be GG
Easy way is to just buy 65% inc fractured spirit sceptre and just spam chaos orb + desecrate but cost's way more

DO YOU NEEED + 6 WAND FOR THIS BUILD ??
Reason i am using +6 wand is cause i got nothing better with % gained as fire and you will be fine with +5 one
I would defo go for CRITICAL DAMAGE wand instead of crit one and also ELEMENTAL damage prefix with T1 spell damage and % gained as fire

ORACLE IS VERY FLEXIBLE YOU CAN DROP SOME ITEMS LIKE EXAMPLE Spirit on amulet and lower the build costs by A LOT

DO YOU NEED VERTEX +4 HERE ????
YOU ARE GOOD WITH EVEN +2 VERTEX DON'T OVER SPEND

And ofc we need x2 jewels with 12-14% Faster curse activation DO NOT GO FOR MORE THAN 14% or build = bricked !!
