5 Myths of Becoming a Great Trader http://www.financial-spread-betting.c... PLEASE LIKE AND SHARE THIS VIDEO SO WE CAN DO MORE What personality qualities do the best traders have? Redoing.

1) Intelligence Level - lots of people perceive that you need to need to be very clever to be good at trading but the very brightest sometimes struggle with trading because they overthink it and always want to know why something is happening. Of course if you're going to work in a hedge fund, that's different...
2) Good at Maths - this is complete nonsense unless you are trading options or something. Of course you need to have some basic maths but most of the legwork is done for you.
3) Lots of money - again this isn't necessarily true. A lot of good traders I know aren't millionaires but they are happy with the level they've achieved. Of course there are some multi-millionaires but there are also lot of traders below them that make money but aren't part of the few elite.
4) Risk Seeking - you can't be completely shy of risk to trade. The risk is always there so sometimes its about finding reasons not to seek the risk.
5) Young Males - if you're young you can be extra aggressive and it can even be harder to make money because men rarely like to accept they're wrong.
