This isn’t just a backyard pool… this is a full-scale luxury build that requires serious engineering, precision, and coordination. We’re talking about heavy-duty steel columns, base plates, anchor bolts, and load-bearing framing that will support a massive architectural design. If you’re into high-end construction, luxury home building, or large-scale residential projects, this is the kind of work you don’t usually get to see up close.

We kick things off with a huge material delivery—flatbeds loaded down with structural steel, including wide flange beams, steel columns, connection plates, and hardware. Before anything goes vertical, we have to prep the site, verify layout, and ensure all embed plates and anchor bolt locations are exact. This phase is all about accuracy, because once the steel starts going in, there’s no room for error. From unloading steel members to staging and organizing materials, this is where the job site starts to transform into a true structural build.

From there, we begin installing the first columns and base plates, setting the foundation for everything that’s coming next. This involves precise alignment, leveling, and securing each column to the foundation using anchor bolts and steel plate connections. Every piece has to be perfectly plumb and engineered to spec, because this steel frame will carry massive loads. We’re working through weld points, bolted connections, and structural tie-ins that will eventually support both the house and the insane pool design.

This entire structural steel phase is expected to take around two months, and this is just the beginning. As we move forward, we’ll be installing more beams, framing out complex structural elements, and bringing this luxury pool and home build to life piece by piece.
