Welcome to your mat! Today’s 1-hour session is designed to help you build functional strength (tone) and improve balance, all while encouraging you to slow down and connect with your breath. In this gentle, mindful flow yoga class we focus on balancing poses to strengthen the legs, engage the core, and cultivate mental focus. If you are looking for a slow-paced, strengthening practice that doesn't feel rushed, this is it.
