This year 2025 we start renovating our old abandoned stone Portuguese ruin

We’re documenting the many ways that we are experimenting with an alternative home and lifestyle in our own own creative, and inspiring way.

We cover a lot of topics from gardening and DIY projects, living off-grid, homesteading, problem-solving, building, innovative designs as well as alternative building techniques and materials, sustainable practices. We use Solar power and other green options for sustainable living. We also share tips and ideas on how to save money by recycling, reusing and repurposing objects and giving them a new life.
