Описание: Bhujaṅgāsana - The Cobra Pose

Go to Makarāsana or lie down on your stomach.

Place both palms on the ground under your shoulders. Elbows close to your torso. Inhale and slowly lift your head, chest and abdomen up. Keep breathing with awareness, as you gradually curve your spine.

Exhale and gently bring your abdomen, chest, and head back to the floor and relax.
Bhujaṅgāsana tones your abdominal muscles and the spinal nerves and also improves the functioning of the kidney and liver.
