Описание: Esmeralda Valderrama has dedicated all her life to dance. When she was a child, she did not understand why dancers must have a specific physique to be on stage. She believed that different bodies have different energies on stage, and she wanted to prove it. She dreamed on changing established values. So she started to fight for putting an academy for the development of people with disabilities through the arts in Seville. And she achieved it...
Helliot started dancing at 9 years old with her. Travelling every day an hour from his town on the outskirts of Seville to the dance academy that is in the city centre. And now that he is 36, he is a professional dancer, breaking prejudices for his Down´s Syndrome. He has an incredible capacity for expressing emotions through contemporary dance. Esme and him have a amazing relationship, they feel like mother and son, and they have travelled together around the world doing their performances.
Two people united in diversity thanks to dance. They are both passionate about art, and they have won different awards. Now, Helliot is preparing the premiere of its new show with the co-direction of Esme. Will the public like it?
